As churches, we want to support individuals, couples, and families through all of life’s important events. It’s a privilege to share with you in the happy times: whether that’s the start of a new marriage, blessing two people in a relationship or the baptism of a child or adult. But we also want to walk with you when life is difficult and painful, like when we lose someone we love. Over many centuries, our churches have been places where people have brought their joys and sorrows before God in prayer. That tradition continues today. We want you to know that God and your church are there for all people and for all occasions as places of welcome, celebration and comfort.
