Services at the Minster 
(St. Mary's, Ilminster) 

Every Sunday there is an 8.00am Holy Communion (BCP)
This is a quiet, traditional service that lasts for about half an hour, uses the Book of Common Prayer and is held in the choir stalls.

On the 1st Sunday at 10.30am there is an All-Age Service
This is an informal service suitable for all ages, with interactive activities and more modern music.

On the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 10.30am there is a formal Holy Communion Service
A service of Holy Communion using contemporary language, with sung parts of the liturgy, as well as a mixture of hymns and songs.

On the 3rd Sunday at 10.30am there is a Morning Praise Service
A more informal service but still with hymns, songs, readings, a sermon and liturgy.

On the 5th Sunday at 10.30am there is a Joint Benefice Service with Whitelackington, at the Minster, Ilminster
Using contemporary language and with sung parts of the liturgy.

Every Wednesday at 10.30am there is a Midweek Service
This is usually a service of Holy Communion using a modern language, with a short homily and lasting for about half an hour.  This takes places in the choir stalls and uses a written order of service.
